I am applying with prior approval from my home university under a formal partnership agreement with Unicollege. All amounts are estimates in euros. Final invoice issued by Unicollege upon acceptance. Tuition is calculated on your target credit load (15 or 12), not on the size of your backup pool — you only pay for the credits you actually enrol in. Field trip (€200) and internship (€300) supplements apply only to courses you are actually enrolled in, so the figures above are a maximum case based on your ranked selections. Housing assignment is confirmed by the Housing Team based on availability on a first-come, first-served basis — your preference is indicative and may be reassigned to ensure all students are housed. Bed sheet and towel deposits (€50 each) are refundable upon return in good condition and are not included in the total.

How to pay your tuition & fees

Unicollege uses Flywire as its secure international payment partner. Flywire supports payments from 240+ countries in your local currency, with competitive exchange rates and full tracking. Pay only after you receive your acceptance letter from Unicollege Admissions — the link below opens the Unicollege payment page on Flywire.

After payment, Flywire emails a confirmation to both you and Unicollege Admissions automatically. Bank transfer is not available — Flywire is the only accepted payment method.

Late payment fees apply only if the second instalment is paid after the published deadline. Avoid these by paying on time.

Passport — copy required

Make sure your passport is valid for at least 3 months beyond your planned return date. Please attach a clear scan or photo of the information page of your passport (PDF, JPG or PNG, max 5 MB). It will travel as an attachment with your application.

Once submitted, you and the home university's Education Abroad Office will receive an automatic confirmation email. Unicollege Admissions will then process your enrolment and ship the original pre-enrolment letter to the address above for your visa appointment.

Within 5 working days, the Unicollege Study Abroad Office will review your ranked courses and confirm which courses will activate, based on your target credit load and course availability. The original pre-enrolment letter required for your Italian student visa will then be shipped to your address.
